[EN] We took a tour entitled "Athens and its scenic coast". The tour took us from the port of Piraeus to downtown Athens with a stop at the Panathinaiko Stadium and then at the Acropolis. Next, we had a Greek cuisine buffet lunch followed by a scenic drive along the coast to Sounion at the south-east tip of Attica where the Athenians built a sanctuary to their two most important deities: Poseidon and Athena surrounded by a powerful fortress.
