Petrol station in the background. I turn left here at this junction and walked along the road to Changi Village and Changi Beach. If I walk straight ahead instead of turning left, I would be heading towards the famous Changi Prison where thousands of Allied POWs were incarcerated during World War 2.

The route I took had bicycle and pedestrian footpaths. Signs like these are found along the way to instruct cyclists to dismount because they are approaching a bus stop. This is to avoid accidents with people at the bus stop.

Located just before the Commando Battalion's Hendon Camp. After this you will find that the GPS tracking goes haywire because of the shade of the trees along the pedestrian foot path.

This bus stop is my usual end point of my walk to Changi Village. It is the last stop before Changi Village itself. I stop here to avoid eating all that nice food available at Changi Village. Again you see the GPS tracking going haywire because of the trees.

I don't know why the GPS tracking goes haywire here. After crossing the junction it was fairly open with trees a distance away from where I was walking. But the GPS seems to go off. I was walking along Telok Paku Road till it meets Nicoll Drive. Maybe it is because of the military installation across the road. Some jamming???
