We got here about 45 mins early but better early than missing out
They let us wander arounder the zoo while waiting, Thailand has an amazing collection of imported animals on display
Jan at the first station about 40 metres across to a 20 metre climb spiral staircas
100 metres 60 metres above jungle floor
Jan half way across without uttering a sound
Another zipline
Sometimes you have to look hard so see what I was photographing
Jan having a great time
Waiting in treehouse while group in front gets away.....abit like golf
Jan getting lowered 40 metre straight down
Look hard
Belaying bracket they used this to control the speed of descent went lowering us to the ground
Its a long way down
One of the sky walks, you could really get a swing and a bounce on it but Jan didn't seem to appreciate
Another view of skywalk, about 62 metres above the ground
Zipline over 300 metres, several of the group in front of us didn't make it all the way across due to head wind, hanging around 60 metres wating for rescue must have been fun...........it certainly made us listen to the directions
The last skywalk, We were lowered 60 ,metres to the ground, the guides tended to play around, they made me freefall about 20 metres before braking, didn't help my stomach problems
Jan & Keith do Flight of the Gibbons

After starting the morning been violently ill(perhaps I'll leave maccas to do my cooking) and packing a sick bag, we headed 90 minutes south of Bangkok, The zipline is based at an open zoo.We were soon kitted up and had to stuggle 15 mins up the side of a mountain to the first station, Jan went first a short 40 metres and then there was no turning back, 3klm of ziplines, skywalks and drops...........it was alot of fun
