This was a private with just us and Tur, the guide and driver, Tur was a lot of fun and quite imformative Tur manage to get Jan to try some quite weird food, which was suprisingly nice and sweet. They cart sea water into these dams and then pump it from one dam to another as the water evaporates till they can harvest the salt, it's then trucked to a factory for cleaning and packing
