We spent the morning touring KL and out to the Batu Cave, we went to a pewter factory which was interesting and a batik shop, both of them were tourist traps but it was still interesting to see the areas surrounding them.
The Batu Cave had 272 steps and in 37 degree heat quite a challenge, the monkeys were amusing but one guy tried to pat one (the big one in the photo) and nearly lost a finger.
The photos dont quite line up as I hav,nt quite sorted the different time zones but I will
While waiting for our afternoon flight to Bangkok we decided to do a tour to the Batu Caves, to get to the top there were 272 steps in 37 degree heat, but at least it wasn,t steamy.
On the way we visited a pewter factory and a batik shop, just tourist traps but it was interesting seeing the areas ariound them
