In Hatchford Wood. Note the chestnuts on the ground. There are loads more between the Semaphore Tower and the M25. We will be roasting some at Nick's family birthday get-together.
A house has been here since about 1740. The grounds were laid out by Lady Ellesmere in the mid 1800s and covered over 70 acres. From 1947 until recently the property has been a school.
