We got on the coach and left to go to London Zoo.
We drove past All Saints Church.
This is where our allotment is. We grow lots of fruit and vegetables.
I hope the driver knows which way to go!
There is a small airport near us, you can learn to fly small planes.
There are lots of bridges that go over the River Medway.
We are on the motorway, there are lots of signs so people don't get lost.
These carry electricity all over the country.
This is where the electricity is sent to the pylons.
There are lots of roads going in all different directions.
Some parts of our journey were through the countryside.
We saw lots of different buildings on the way.
The small yellow box you can see is a speed camera to make sure people don't drive too fast.
There are lots of different types of houses for people to live in.
But there are lots of open spaces too for people to enjoy.
We must be nearly there, our first London Bus!

Lots of visitors go to London every day.
This is a tower where firemen can learn how to rescue people.
A London Bus that is really long and has a bendy bit in the middle.
It is starting to look like a city with lots of shops and people.
Sometime the road needs to be fixed and this is a problem for all the cars.
Some people live in high flats.
This is where the gas is stored. Gas is used to cook and keep us warm.
These are also flats that people live in.
You can borrow a bike to get around.
Some of the roads are very big so they have tunnels under them so you can get to the other side of the road and be safe.
Some of the roads have a special lane just for busses to use.
This is where the Government meet, it is called the Houses of Parliament.
This is the River Thames, it goes all through London.
This is the London Eye, it spins slowly and you can see all around London.
Some of the buildings on the river look very interesting.
Some of the buildings have lots of glass.
Some have lots of stone.
The building have carvings on them.
Some of the buildings are symmetrical.
You can see statues made of metal and stone.
Black taxi cabs take people around to see the sights.
You can take a tour on an open top bus.
This is Marble Arch, it was meant to be the gateway to Buckingham Palace but it was moved.
There are fountains in parks.
You can buy souvenirs to remind yourself of your trip to London.
There are cameras everywhere to look at the traffic and the people and keep every thing moving.
Some offices don't look like offices.
This is telecom tower, it is 177 meters high and sends signals all over the country.
One way of hetting around London is by tube, a train that goes underground.
