Starting out from The Malta Inn just off junction 6 of M20, this route takes you along the eastern bank of the River Medway. Although the map appears to show you crossing the river several times, you do stay on the same side until reaching the blue bridge to cross over to the Millennium Park.
This route is quite a pleasant walk and even after heavy rain was easily passable with wellies or sensible footwear on as it was a bit squelchy in parts!
We made the journey there and back in 1 hour and 10 mins with lots of photo stops.
