This is an exact replica of an Indian Tepee
Bronze Sculptures, were funded by Kevin Costner. They are 1/3 larger that life, the display shows how the Indians would drive the Bison toward a cliff. The ones that went over the cliff were killed and used for meat and skins etc

When the Tribe moved on to follow the Bison they would leave spare tepee poles standing up in a tree to keep then straight.
When they returned again they would have poles to use if some they were using were lost or damaged.
Other tribes could use the poles as long as they left at least one for the original owner
