North Trailhead
Travelling south
Rider, trainer, photographer, historian.
take 2

"What are you doing"?
Scenery
We definatly look to be on the trail today.
"No motorized vehicles beyond this point!"
This is nothing compared to last weeks ride.
Signs of an extended Spring
One man's weeds are another man's flowers, .. or a horse's snack..
This was our most South point, then we veared off and returned.
The engine was running, and had Journey alert for quite a while, til we went closer and then past it.
Flapping fence, spurting-noisey sprinklers and the smell of water. Enough to make a horse nervous, but not our brave Journey!! He took it all on stride.
Still good.
No problem. But I was sure glad they weren't moving.
Construction just completing
We never go exactly the same way.. so it's good to find the trail.
Looks a bit like Lava.
And here's the "volcano"...
I told you the truck was this way....
The temp had gone up, and it was nice to get back under the trees.
And we're back, without getting eaten, or starving.
Home Depot sits on the hill-- giving this location it's common name.
