起得不夠早，路線與昨天的完全相同。這個跑了幾十次的路線，路上碰到的家狗或野狗已很少很少了。外寮路上林口助航台之前，味道蠻重。壟鉤路我是從上坡跑下來，前半段沒房子的路段相當不錯，這條路上從來沒碰過其他的跑者，下民義路只有往上騎的自行車。這是我的獨家路線。
