Due to i-gotU products have not officially supported Windows 7 yet. So if you are using Windows 7 RTM 64bit version, you have to go to "Advance Boot Options" and select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" to ignore Windows Digital Signature for being able to install successfully.
Please follow the step by step procedure below:

1). When you boot your computer, please press F8 to go into "Advanced Boot Opitions”, then select “Disable Driver Signature Enforcement” to avoid Windows Digital Signature before going to Windows operating system normally.

Note: You have to select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" everytime to use normally.

2). Please download i-gotU Driver for Windows 7 Beta2 version.
Please notice that this version is only for Windows 7 RTM 64bit.

3). After you finished the installation, please go to【Start】> 【Control Panel】> 【System and Security】> 【System】> 【Device Manager】to check if there is 【GPS Logger USB Com Port(COMxx)】 under 【Ports (COM & LPT)】. Please refer to the picture below
