Hi, i have GT-200T and am getting message"Failed to trip service. Please check your account information and internet connection"

It worked fine once then above message appeared, i am logged on to internet and my password is correct. I tried yesterday and today, with same result. I even changed my password and still no luck. i searched forums and note that the server maybe down, bit 2 days in a row? any help would be appreciated

This happens when the server is down possibly for backup or maintenance. In my location EDT (Easter Daylight Saving Time zone - Eastern US), I get this message almost every day about 8 PM. I wait about 15 minutes and try again - usually I get a connection.

The only thing that comes to my mind is that you maxed-out the space on the server. If I'm wrong, I hope that more experienced users or someone from Mobile Technology Action will help you.

To check your space on the server, please do the following:
1. Login into a-trip.com
2. Click Settings on top right of the page.
3. Click Manage My Trips

Good Luck!

If you can log into the forum, your login and password have to be OK. When you retype your email and password in the @trip PC software corectly and it doesn't work, it has to be some weird @trip PC error or an effect of some settings in your computer (firewall?).

The response from the Mobile Action support staff is slow sometimes - you may have to wait until Monday.
