Is there a driver for the I-gotu devices available or in progress for Windows 7? The current XP/Vista drivers bluescreen and force a reset of the computer.

Cheers.

We are sorry. @trip PC software working with i-gotU device would only support Windows 2000/XP/Vista system currently. We do not support other O.S, such like Windows 7, Windows XP media center, Mac O.S., Linux and any 64bit O.S.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Fo Windws 7, we might develop after the official version released.

Please do visit our website for download service, and check our web site regularly for releasing support news.

When I try to install the driver, my PC crashes (Win7 64bits). I perfectly understand there's no Win7 drivers as there is no official realese but perhaps somebody has found a solution since this message ?

Is it a problem with Win7 or the 64 bits ?

Same problem here.

I also tried installing it in Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista SP2 compatibility mode, installing goes fine (no BSOD and the @trip software works), but the device-driver doesn't work so have to go back to your older version to download the tracks from your device. :'(

@trip works fine on Win7
The only problem is the driver.

I have windows 7, 32 bit, @trip works, but when I plug the device in, I get a bsod like you.

There is a solution for mac and linux:
https://launchpad.net/igotu2gpx
but I guess that doesn't solve our problem Sad

I have the same problem, I'm running Windows 7 RC (7100) and every time I connect the GT-120 my computer crashes with a BSOD!

Hopefully the support for windows 7 will start soon!

Would love to see a driver for Windows 7 64 bit.

if I disable the driver signing I'll get a blue screen.

I (maybe) have a solution, just got my igotu 120. And then found out there where no drivers for windows.
Then i thought maybe i can install windows xp as a dual boot, but then i found virtual PC from microsoft:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/

It's free you can download it and then download the windows xp virtual pc, from within virtual pc you can install the drivers and you probably can get it to work.

ill post my findings later.

good luck!
