Where I Am unable to see logger, but Windows and other @trip products do see the logger

I use the i-gotU 600 model which comes with the Where I Am tool.

But unlike other @trip tools, Where I Am was unable to see my GPS logger.

I even reinstalled the software, but nothing seems to help.

My platform is Windows 7 on a Medion Akoya laptop.
