why the gt-600 store 262000 waypoints in 64MB flash memory and other gps logger use 4MB flash memory which can store up to 200,000 waypoints?

example:

Canmore GT730FL-S 2MB memory 256K records
Holux M1200E 4MB memory 200K records
Igotu GT-600 64MB memory 262K records


Could you explain me why?

lat, long, altitude, UTC are present in the data?
