The device is working, but when I unplug it the red light usually stays on (not every time, but more often than not). When the light stays on, how do I get it to go off?

Please reset your i-gotU device from the latest @trip PC software version. If you still have the same problem, you might contact the retailer to check this Device. Thank you!

I have already reset the device and it didn't change anything.

This seems to be the standard response to any problem with the device. I cannot believe that there are this many faulty devices.
Is there any way of getting diagnostics on the device (eg. a debug log) to see what its current status is? I am keen on sorting this, as when the device works it does a great job, it's just that it behaves erratically a lot of the time.
